Vains Showing On My Chest

Cheesecake al cioccolato

I always wanted to make a cheesecake and I spent entire afternoons looking for a recipe that inspired me ... putting at the end together a range of ideas they came up with this cake with a delicate flavor and chocolaty.
And 'one of my favorite cakes ever and I'm really proud!


Ingredients:

for the base

300 g of cookies (such as digestives)

2 tablespoons sugar 60 g butter, melted For the filling



500 g of soft cheese (like Philadelphia)

20 g flour 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 3 eggs


150 g sugar 100 g of chocolate (dark or milk) 30 g


rum for the glaze

100 g melted chocolate (dark or milk)
40 g heavy cream 2 tablespoons sugar


Crumble cookies until ottnerne flour, then add the melted butter and sugar. Cover pan with a
cartaforno and pour in the mixture tamped. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes

Working egg yolks with 100 g of sugar, vanilla extract and 2 or 3 tablespoons of hot water.
Add the cheese and mix to obtain a cream.
Inorporare flour, melted chocolate, rum and egg whites (whites 50 g sugar).
Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and bake at 160 degrees for 50 minutes in the middle of the oven.

the cake from the oven and let cool.
Finally cover with the chocolate glaze obtained by combining the melted chocolate and cream (heated with sugar).

Rest x cake in the fridge a few hours, sprinkle with powdered sugar e. .. eat!
