La felicità

some time now and especially in these last days I reflect on happiness, research it, and what we really can make you happy, really happy.
Every day for us is a continuous search of wellbeing, but what exactly is the well-being, is it not a subjective thing? Is perhaps not the way that each of us has to look at it?
true welfare can range from having a bank account important to having a luxury car, to having a large family that gives us everything we really need.
Or there are those people who feel happy if they are free, free to do what they want when want without having to worry about it too much work to do those around them.
I personally believe that true happiness is you can do what you want but in a constructive manner, so that you can give your family the best without giving up the daily struggles with ourselves and with society in general.
Being happy is not to be a race to the base money or toward the goals that society imposes on us as essential (money, luxury cars, perfect body), being happy means being able to address the problems head-on, live life and not endure it, attack it, but do it with the feelings with the heart of a gladiator who faces every day as if it were your last. Happiness is a
conquest, is a way of life is a minefield, a risk worth running.
